Kim Phillips Langer
My name is Kim and I’m the Principal Designer of Dwell Theory. My love of design, creativity and all things imaginative started young as a competitive artistic swimmer where I learned to dance in the water and developed a passion to create things that felt important and authentic.
This passion continued while studying Human Ecology, which instilled the importance of family and the environments we inhabit. Through a Certificate in Residential Interiors, I finally found my niche where I could channel what I value into crafting curated, meaningful and soulful interiors for families in Edmonton and area.

Delaney Carr
My name is Delaney, and I’m an Interior Designer at Dwell Theory. My love for design began at an early age and has been a constant thread throughout my life, a quiet pull toward creativity, beauty and the feeling of home. That passion led me to NAIT’s Interior Design program, where I learned how to translate imagination into spaces that feel intentional and true to the people who live in them.
This passion continues to grow as I travel and experience the many ways people shape the environments they inhabit. Each place I visit deepens my appreciation for thoughtful design and inspires me to create interiors that feel meaningful and soulful. At Dwell Theory, I channel these experiences into crafting warm, curated spaces for families in Edmonton and area, always with the hope of creating that sense of home I’ve cherished my whole life.
